John the Revelator, the only Apostle of Christ who was not martyred, wrote the Book of Revelation. Parts of that book are written in symbolism, namely Revelation 18, because had he actually described the real city that represented “MYSTERY BABYLON” in his day, he would have been killed and the book he was writing would never have left the Isle of Patmos, where he was exiled by the Roman Emperor Domitian. The MYSTERY BABYLON described by John in Revelation 17 and 18 is the City of Rome, more specifically the Vatican that sits on seven mountains, as detailed in Revelation 17:9. So, the book is coded in various places; but there is a description of a city coming down from heaven to the new earth (refurbished earth, after God purges it with fire) and the description of that city is not coded, it is described in detail in Revelation 21. It is the wonderful New Jerusalem that was prepared by God for the saints, and His Son Jesus will rule and reign there forever. Everyone is invited, all those who will receive Jesus as their Savior and who will follow His will in this life, will receive the reward of eternal life in the New Jerusalem! It will actually be the real New World Order!

Salvation is offered to everyone who repents of sin and receives Jesus as their Lord and Savior, unless a person crosses a line with God, to the point of becoming reprobate, having no conscience (Romans 1:21-32; Hebrews 6:4-6).
