The amount decreases by $5 for every $100 a person makes over $75,000. The bill now has to be approved by the Senate, but the Senate has blocked it so far. Republicans have opposed the bill because of the substantial waste included, especially for foreign interests. Since America is divided by primarily conservative Republicans and LLL Communist-Democrats, President Trump moved for the “least of all evils” in signing the bill, to help the American people in immediate financial distress.
