Winter Storm Diego: ‘State of Emergency’ Declared In North Carolina, Virginia and Oklahoma

More than 400,000 customers were without power throughout the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia on Sunday, and more than 1,700 flights were cancelled due to Winter Storm Diego.

Texas

Diego brought 10.5 inches of snow to Lubbock, Texas, on Saturday, bringing the second heaviest snowfall on record to that city.

Oklahoma

More than 10 inches of snow fell on parts of Oklahoma Friday night. Governor Mary Fallin declared a state of emergency for all of the state’s 77 counties.

South Carolina

The Spartanburg Herald-Journal reported hundreds of downed power lines due to heavy snowfall/ice.

North Carolina

As of 4:30 pm Sunday, 212,000 customers were without power in North Carolina, and troopers responded to 509 collisions since midnight Saturday. Governor Roy Cooper declared a state of emergency for all of North Carolina’s 100 counties.

Virginia

Governor Ralph Northam declared a state of emergency on Saturday.

During the persecutions of Protestants by the Roman Catholics in Britain and Ireland, on September 24, 1518, John Stilincen was apprehended and brought before Richard Fitz-James, bishop of London, and on the 25th of October was condemned as a heretic. He was chained to the stake in Smithfield amidst a vast crowd of spectators and sealed his testimony to the truth with his blood. He declared that he was a Lollard (Protestant) and he believed the opinions of Wickliffe. He was burned at the stake – in the name of God (the god of Catholics, who is Lucifer)!

A few hundred years ago, Fox’s Book of Martyrs was chained to every pulpit, alongside the Holy Bible. I suppose people decided to turn their heads away from such violent crimes and become more “dignified.” We dishonor those who suffered by burying their testimonies and martyrdom. It also seems most churches today are too “dignified” for the Holy Spirit and fire, Who fell on the apostles of the early church (Acts 2)!

The Catholic Church has never issued an apology for the crimes committed during the Inquisition and the brutal torture and murders of Protestant Christians, who denounced papal authority, denied Purgatory, the selling of indulgences in sin, the worship of idols, and prayers to the saints and the Virgin Mary. Neither has any reparation been made to the heirs of the saints who suffered such vile persecutions from the Catholic Church. Protestants were brutally murdered by Catholics by way of burning them alive at the stake, flaying alive, hangings, cutting them to pieces, burying them alive, drowning, torturing them on the rack, whereby bones were broken and bodies ripped apart, beheading them, etc… The property and assets were seized of those heinously murdered by the Catholic Church from about the Twelfth Century through around the 1820s, not that long ago. The Vatican sits atop the blood of the saints. Revelation 18 describes her brutal end for heresies and having committed such abominable crimes.

“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins and that you receive not of her plagues” Revelation 18:4.

God is calling His sincere believers to come out of the Catholic abomination, before it’s too late!

World Council of Churches Fight Israel Over Land Deals

WORLD COUNCIL OF CHURCHES FIGHT ISRAEL OVER LAND DEALS

The World Council of Churches (WCC) is challenging Israel over a pending bill to regulate certain churches’ rights to buy, sell and lease lands in Israel.

The WCCs’ members include Orthodox, Protestant, Anglican and United churches, which work with the Roman Catholic Church. The Times of Israel reported that the World Evangelical Alliance and the Pentecostal World Fellowship have also increased their cooperation with the WCC.

Most WCC members have accepted gay clergy and members, which by this one concession separates them from God’s real church. Christians can’t just toss aside any of God’s holy commandments to make some people feel good about their sins. The majority of WCC members are apostate, and those who associate with those members closely can very well be considered apostate by association.

The Word of God tells us,

“I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators…But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner, with such a one not to eat” I Corinthians 5:9,11.

This instruction is very clear. If someone who is called a brother is a fornicator, which refers to illicit sexual activity, whether it be homosexuality, bisexuality, adultery, Christians are not to fellowship with that person. This is not true of sinners in particular, lest we wouldn’t even have an opportunity to witness to lost souls. True Christians, in other words, are not to associate with hypocrites, those who call themselves Christians, but who continue in willful sin, especially those who commit perverse sexual acts that are forbidden by God.

Outdated? No, God’s laws do not change; people compromise, and they will answer to God on Judgment Day.

Every God-fearing church would also avoid, like the plague, any fellowship whatsoever with the Catholic Church, home of the infamous pedophile priests, indulgences for monetary gain, purgatory and the purchase of souls out of purgatory – the wholesale pandering of souls’ entrances into heaven, worshiping of saints, worshiping idols of saints, saying prayers to the saints, etc, etc.

The acquisition of land in Israel is not being scrutinized by Israelis, per se; it is on account of God’s Commandment that the land belongs to Israel. God’s deed to Israel, was granted to the Jews when He called Abraham out of the land of his fathers to the land of Canaan, which deed, decreed by God Himself, supercedes any and all ownership.

The matter is quite simple, and any “Christian,” who knows the Word of God, should readily agree that all of the land belongs to Jews – period – because God said so!

Israel has every right, granted by God, to regulate any purchase, sale or lease of the land of Israel; in fact, they are required by God to protect it!

The Word of God also tells us,

“And they shall not sell of it, neither exchange, nor alienate the firstfruits of the land, for it is holy unto the Lord (thus, it is called the ‘Holy Land’)” Ezekiel 48:14.

God said to Abram,

“For the land which you see, to you I will give it and to your seed forever” Genesis 13:15.

“In the same day, the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto your seed have I given this land, from the River of Egypt, unto the great river, the River Euphrates; and I will give unto you, and to your seed after you, the land wherein you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession, and I will be their God” Genesis 17:8.

There are many more references in the ancient Word of God, which tells us emphatically that the land of Israel was granted to the Jews by God, starting with Abraham and his heir, Isaac, and all heirs thereafter.

If any “Christian” would like to argue that fact, they haven’t read God’s Holy Word!

The land of Israel also just so happens to be an indicator of the Lord’s imminent return:

“When the Lord shall build up Zion, He shall appear in His glory” Psalms 102:16.

Nearly 70 years ago, and prior, the Lord would not have returned, according to Bible prophecy, because Israel did not exist (by social name), nor was Jerusalem the capital of Israel (by social name), until 1967. Both are now in their proper respective places, they have been “built up” socially and economically and now the Lord’s return is at hand!
